By adding or using JustLFG (the "bot") in your Discord server, you agree to these terms.

The service

JustLFG is a Discord bot for scheduling and coordinating community events. The core is free to use; a paid Premium tier is rolling out. It's provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.

Acceptable use

• Use the bot in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Don't use it to spam, harass, or post unlawful content, and don't attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• You're responsible for how the bot is configured and used within your server, including any roles or channels it's granted.

Premium and billing

• Premium is a subscription per Discord server, not per person. Everyone in that server gets the Premium features while it is active.
• It costs $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year, and starts with a 7-day free trial. Prices are in US dollars.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time by running /lfg upgrade in a server that already has Premium, which opens the Stripe billing portal.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal and Premium runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part-used periods.
• If a payment fails, Premium features switch off and the server returns to the free tier. Nothing you created is deleted.
• If we change the price, we will say so before it takes effect and you can cancel before renewing.

Availability

We aim to keep JustLFG running but don't guarantee uptime. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, outages, or reasons beyond our control. It's a community tool — please don't rely on it for anything critical.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustLFG and its operator are not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the bot.
